Puppy Buyer Questionnair This questionnaire is designed to help you, the prospective owner, me as the breeder and the puppy you plan to have as a member of your family. It does not obligate me to provide you with a puppy, nor does it mean you have to take one. Your answers to the questions below are not the only factor in the determination of your suitability as a puppy owner. We spend a lot of time and put a lot of effort into raising our puppies to be well socialized and healthy and our main concern for these puppies is for them to go to the best possible homes.  As breeders, we are responsible for bringing these puppies into this world and therefore are also responsible for them until they pass on to Rainbow Bridge. Please be prepared for us to ask you a lot of questions and also to enter into a "relationship" with us as breeders so that we can keep track of the progress of our puppies throughout their lives.
